Jason A. Ross is an associate in the Washington, D.C. Region office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on Title IX litigation, employment litigation and preventative counseling.

Jason regularly defends colleges and universities in litigation arising from Title IX, and in discrimination and harassment suits arising out of Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and more. He also advises higher education institutions in compliance with Title IX requirements.

Jason frequently defends employers in federal court, state court, and administrative agencies in a wide array of claims for sexual harassment, discrimination, hostile work environment, wrongful termination and breach of contract. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Jason worked as a litigation associate at a large law firm in Washington D.C.

While attending The George Washington University Law School, Jason served on the GW International Human Rights Clinic, where he worked on draft treaty provisions for the International Law Commission of the United Nations. He also worked as a legal intern for the Fair Practice Department of the American Federation of Government Employees, where he worked on issues involving workplace discrimination and EEO claims.
