Jackson Lewis Adds Litigator Buena Vista Lyons in Dallas
DALLAS (September XX, 2026) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Buena Vista Lyons has joined the firm’s Dallas office as a principal. Vista has more than 25 years of experience in employment litigation.
“Vista is an accomplished litigator with an impressive record representing employers across a wide range of industries,” said Alison L. Lynch, Ana C. Shields and Dana G. Weisbrod, co-leaders of the firm’s Employment Litigation group, in a joint statement. “Her experience will be an immediate asset to the firm’s litigation capabilities and enhance the counsel we provide to clients nationwide. Vista defends employers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies nationwide in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, employee benefits, leave and accommodation, wrongful termination and employment contract disputes, including restrictive covenant matters. She is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Vista’s notable litigation successes include securing post-trial relief that set aside a $70 million jury verdict in a discrimination and retaliation case and obtaining a favorable jury verdict for a hospital in a whistleblower and retaliation matter. She has also successfully defended an international engineering and research company in a retaliatory discharge proceeding before the U.S. Department of Labor and obtained summary judgment for a municipality in a race discrimination class action, a decision affirmed by the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
