Jackson Lewis Earns "National Elite" Recognition in 2026 IEL Elite Guide

NEW YORK, NY (December 15, 2025) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce it has been named a “National Elite” firm in International Employment Lawyer’s 2026 IEL Elite guide. This distinction is awarded to firms that demonstrate exceptional strength in advising multinational employers, managing complex cross-border mandates and serving as trusted partners on business-critical workforce issues.

In addition to its National Elite ranking, Jackson Lewis earned two additional distinctions in the 2026 IEL Elite guide: “Leading Cross-border Coordinators,” recognizing the firm’s extensive experience managing large cross-border projects, and “Standout Team,” reflecting consistent client praise for the firm’s international capabilities.

The recognition directly reflects the work of Jackson Lewis’ International Employment group, which leads the firm’s efforts on global employment matters. The team advises multinational companies on international expansion, multijurisdictional restructuring, global mobility, cross-border compliance and the full range of issues arising in an evolving global workforce. Their experience and leadership in these areas align squarely with the criteria evaluated by the IEL Elite guide.

“Jackson Lewis is honored to be recognized as a ‘National Elite’ firm by the IEL Elite guide,” said International Employment group Co-Leaders Minnie Fu and John L. Sander. “This achievement highlights our team’s commitment to helping global employers navigate increasingly complex cross-border workforce challenges and reflects the high standards of service our lawyers bring to multinational clients around the world.”

Separately, at the 2025 IEL Awards held on November 19 at the Savoy Hotel in London, Jackson Lewis was shortlisted for “North American Law Firm of the Year.” Minnie and John were also individually shortlisted, with Minnie recognized for “Global Mobility Lawyer of the Year” and John for “International Employment Lawyer of the Year.”

Jackson Lewis’ global reach is reinforced by its role as a founding member of L&E Global, a top-ranked international alliance of premier employers’ counsel firms. This affiliation strengthens the firm’s ability to support multinational employers, a capability central to the achievements recognized by the IEL Elite guide. Through this network, which spans six continents and includes more than 2,000 legal professionals, the firm provides clients with integrated, business-focused advice on employment law matters worldwide. This global platform enhances the firm’s capacity to deliver coordinated, multijurisdictional support, a core component of the capabilities recognized by the IEL Elite guide.

The IEL Elite rankings are based on detailed firm submissions, expert interviews and feedback from the publication’s readership, ensuring recognition of firms that excel in the modern global workplace environment.
