Kelly Eisenlohr-Moul Joins Jackson Lewis in Chicago

CHICAGO, IL (May 1, 2025) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce that Kelly Eisenlohr-Moul has joined the firm as a principal in its Chicago office. Kelly brings nearly 20 years of experience handling all aspects of labor and employment law matters.

“Kelly’s depth of experience in high-stakes employment litigation and restrictive covenant matters is a tremendous asset to our national practice,” said Mia Farber and Eric R. Magnus, co-leaders of the firm’s Class Actions and Complex Litigation group. “She has a sharp legal mind, a strategic approach to complex disputes, and a proven ability to deliver results in and out of the courtroom. Kelly’s addition strengthens our ability to support clients across industries as they navigate their most challenging legal issues, and we’re thrilled to have her on our team.”

Kelly focuses her practice on complex employment litigation and restrictive covenant matters. She represents Fortune 100 companies in a wide range of employment-related legal issues—from individual disputes to large-scale class action claims—across the transportation, finance, health care, security, and staffing industries. She has a strong track record of securing favorable outcomes at both the summary judgment stage and trial in cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and breach-of-contract claims.

Kelly also frequently handles “business divorce” disputes, which often involve allegations of trade secret misappropriation and violations of restrictive covenants. She has successfully represented clients on both sides of these cases—prosecuting and defending claims involving trade secret theft, restrictive covenant breaches, and fiduciary duty violations.

“We are thrilled to welcome Kelly to our office,” said Kirsten A. Milton, managing principal of the Chicago office. “She brings not only an impressive litigation background, but also a thoughtful, down-to-earth approach that clients truly value. Kelly’s experience and energy are a great fit for our team, and we’re excited about all she brings to our office and to our clients.”

In addition to her litigation practice, Kelly provides strategic advice to employers on a range of workplace matters. She regularly advises companies on internal investigations into employee complaints, including those involving discrimination, sexual harassment, and whistleblower allegations under Sarbanes-Oxley. She also works with clients to develop litigation avoidance strategies and conducts training sessions for management on key employment law topics, such as sexual harassment, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.

Kelly earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and her B.A. from Hollins University.
