Jackson Lewis Adds Lynlee Wells Palmer in Birmingham Office

BIRMINGHAM, AL (November 16, 2022) Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Lynlee Wells Palmer has joined the firm’s Birmingham office as a principal. Lynlee has more than 20 years of experience representing public and private employers in labor and employment law matters.

“Lynlee is a talented attorney with a proven track record of success in representing clients in all aspects of labor and employment law,” said Stephanie Adler-Paindiris and Stephanie Satterfield, co-leaders of the firm’s Litigation group. “Adding a lawyer of Lynlee’s caliber will be of immense benefit to our growing Birmingham team and clients.”

Lynlee advises and defends employers on all scopes of federal and state employment laws including discrimination and retaliation, harassment, wage and hour issues, employee leave issues, employment policies and procedures, non-compete agreements, and employee discipline and termination. She has previously represented employers before organizations such as the Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. She also assists employers in cases of collective bargaining, grievance arbitrations, and unfair labor practice charges.

Lynlee also has significant experience in the healthcare sector, advising entities on employment issues unique to their industry, including providing guidance on state and federal survey issues, conducting quality assurance and complaint investigations for compliance with state and federal regulations, assisting entities with developing plans of correction, and aiding facilities with survey responses.
