Earlier this year, attorneys and staff renewed their commitment to the firm’s clients by formalizing standards that apply to all members of Jackson Lewis staff. The standards were developed to ensure every member of the firm is invested in providing the highest quality of client service on a daily basis and to ensure we are meeting the changing needs of our clients in the digital age.

Jackson Lewis’ Client Service Standards explicitly require attorneys to understand and do everything possible to address the firm’s clients’ expectations regarding their unique business needs and drive consistency throughout the firm’s locations.
The firm requires each of Jackson Lewis’ 58 locations to showcase Jackson Lewis’ commitment to providing the highest level of service in every aspect of interaction by displaying the Standards prominently in each office’s reception area.
