Jackson Lewis Releases Client Service Standards in Honor of Firm's 60th Anniversary

WHITE PLAINS, NY (May 16, 2018) Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the country’s preeminent workplace law firms, is pleased to announce the firm has adopted and released Client Service Standards in conjunction with the 60th Anniversary of the firm’s founding. Earlier this year, attorneys and staff renewed their commitment to the firm’s clients by formalizing standards that apply to all members of Jackson Lewis staff. The standards were developed to ensure every member of the firm is invested in providing the highest quality of client service on a daily basis and to ensure we are meeting the changing needs of our clients in the digital age.

"Since our founding in 1958, we have been committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service in every single interaction,” said Firm Chairman Vincent A. Cino. “Our Client Service Standards reestablish the fact that our clients are the lifeblood of our firm and our number one priority."

“These Standards have been signed off on by every person in the firm and encompass what we consider to be the tenets of our culture,” added Cino. “This includes asking for continual feedback from clients and other staff members, exceeding our clients’ expectations of a diverse legal team, fostering attorney knowledge sharing, and delivering on promises of ensuring the highest quality representation and advice is provided to clients."

Jackson Lewis’ Client Service Standards explicitly require attorneys to understand and do everything possible to address the firm’s clients’ expectations regarding their unique business needs and drive consistency throughout the firm’s locations.

The firm requires each of Jackson Lewis’ 58 locations to showcase Jackson Lewis’ commitment to providing the highest level of service in every aspect of interaction by displaying the Standards prominently in each office’s reception area.
