INDIANAPOLIS, IN (December 21, 2018) Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the country’s preeminent workplace law firms, is pleased to announce Susan M. Zoeller has joined the firm’s Indianapolis office as a Principal. Ms. Zoeller joins the firm from Quarles & Brady LLP and has more than 20 years of employment law experience.

"Susan is a seasoned litigator and we are happy to have her on board with our growing Indianapolis office,” said Office Managing Principal Michael W. Padgett. “She is known for her track record of achieving positive results for her clients, and Susan’s extensive experience in complex litigation, including class and collective actions, makes her a top lateral recruit.”

Ms. Zoeller is a skilled trial attorney who represents clients from a range of industries including retail, communications, manufacturing and restaurants. She regularly represents and counsels employers on a variety of claims including discrimination and harassment, state and federal leave of absence laws, workplace investigations, non-competition agreements, whistleblower issues, and reductions in force. She has successfully litigated numerous disputes on behalf of employers before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and other tribunals throughout the country.

“Jackson Lewis’ reputation as a national leader in labor and employment law was a very important deciding factor as I was making my decision to join the firm,” said Ms. Zoeller. “I am excited for the opportunity to work with a team of talented attorneys at a firm that offers an innovative approach to client service.”

Earlier in 2018, the firm welcomed Principals Brian L. McDermott and Robert Seidler, formerly of Ogletree Deakins, to its Indianapolis office.
