Marika Ostendorf

Marika Ostendorf is of counsel in the Baltimore, Maryland, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in employee benefit workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling. 

Marika has handled all aspects of employee benefits, retirement plans, health and welfare and executive compensation. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis in 2025, Marika was a partner in a boutique benefits firm.
