Aaron Gingrande is of counsel in the Boston, Massachusetts office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in all areas of workplace law, particularly litigating employment disputes and providing advice and counsel.

Aaron has represented employers in cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, restrictive covenant enforcement and theft of trade secrets. He has litigated employment cases in many venues, including state and federal courts, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Washington D.C. Office of Human Rights, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. 

Aaron joined Jackson Lewis P.C. after serving as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of New Hampshire for five years. In that capacity, he prosecuted crimes ranging from complex drug and gun trafficking conspiracies to white collar fraud. His cases involved investigations of, among other crimes, violations of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the False Claims Act. He advocated on behalf of the United States at every stage of litigation up through and including trial. In addition to his extensive experience in federal district court, he also successfully briefed and argued multiple cases before the First Circuit Court of Appeals. 

Prior to becoming a federal prosecutor, Aaron worked in the Boston office of an international Am Law 100 firm in their Labor and Employment Department. Directly after law school, he served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Paul A. Crotty, federal district court judge for the Southern District of New York. While attending law school, Aaron served as the editor in chief of the University of Pennsylvania's East Asia Law Review. He also received the University of Pennsylvania M.E. Goldstein Memorial Prize for writing the best paper in the field of Labor Law.
