NEW YORK, NY (November 20, 2025) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Albuquerque Office Managing Principal and Litigation Manager Danny W. Jarrett has been inducted as a 2025 Fellow to The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers (CLEL).

Fellows must have at least 20 years of experience and a proven record of providing high-quality professional services to clients, the legal community and the public. Additionally, Fellows must show both a dedication to advancing the objectives of the College and evidence of scholarship and/or teachings on Labor and Employment Law.
Danny is a certified specialist in labor and employment law by the New Mexico Supreme Court Board of Legal Specialization. His practice focuses on counseling and representing employers, government entities and Native American tribal organizations regarding labor and employment disputes, successfully representing clients before the NLRB, the EEOC and multiple state and local agencies. Danny also represented the State Bar of New Mexico and set national precedent when the NLRB in Washington, D.C. ruled that it did not have jurisdiction to oversee a representation election involving State Bar employees and the Communication Workers of America.
The CLEL is a prestigious organization of leading labor and employment law professionals, dedicated to fostering excellence in the field. Danny earned his J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law and his B.S. from the University of New Mexico.
