Marissa Pinto is an associate in the Chicago, Illinois, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice covers the full range of complex benefit litigation matters, including representation of employers, plans, plan fiduciaries, third party administrators, and trustees.

She earned her J.D. and M.B.A. in a dual degree program at Loyola University Chicago. This combination informs both her strategic approach to complex litigation and her understanding of the business and organizational contexts in which employee benefit disputes arise. She is admitted to practice in multiple federal district courts and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
