Andrew J. Delzotto
Andrew J. Delzotto is an associate in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. focusing on all aspects of traditional labor law.
Andrew has experience representing private entities, public sector employers, and institutions of higher education in collective bargaining negotiations, grievance and contract arbitrations, and complex labor disputes before the National Labor Relations Board, as well as related federal court litigation. Andrew has also developed experience in internal investigations, leading probes into employee and student misconduct, as well as institutional compliance in a variety of contexts, primarily for clients in higher education.
Andrew also focuses his legal practice in the sports industry, drawing from a background that includes time as an NCAA Division-I athlete, an advanced scout in the baseball industry, and a Major League Baseball salary arbitration consultant. Andrew brings a unique understanding of issues impacting clients in both amateur and professional sports. Andrew's legal and industry experience helps him bring actionable insights in pressure situations, whether it be at the bargaining table or guiding critical business decisions.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis in 2026, Andrew was an associate in the labor department at a mid-size law firm. During law school, Andrew served as Chairperson of the Villanova Sports Law Negotiation team and was a McCullen Center Research Fellow.
