Ji Wuk Yoon is an associate in the Sacramento, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He focuses his practice on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling and litigation.
Ji defends clients in state and federal courts on a wide range of matters, including wage and hour class and collective actions, and single plaintiff claims concerning discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Further, Ji is experienced with high-stakes disputes involving restrictive covenants and trade secret misappropriation.
During law school at the University of California at Davis, Ji was awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ji worked at a labor and employment firm and as an extern for the Honorable Mike K. Nakagawa at the United States Bankruptcy Court. Before law school, Ji worked on employment matters for a global theme parks and resorts company and at an executive search firm.
Outside of work, Ji is an avid golf and basketball player.
