PHILADELPHIA, PA (June 5, 2026) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Brad M. Kushner has joined the firm as a principal in the Philadelphia office. Brad has more than 15 years of experience representing employers in workplace safety and health, wage and hour, discrimination and employment litigation matters.

“Employers today are facing heightened scrutiny around workplace safety, compliance and employee relations issues, and Brad’s experience positions him exceptionally well to guide clients through those challenges,” said Joshua M. Henderson, leader of Jackson Lewis’ Workplace Safety and Health group. “His national litigation experience and sophisticated OSHA practice further strengthen the depth of our Workplace Safety and Health capabilities.”

Brad focuses his practice on advising and defending employers in Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) compliance, workplace safety investigations and OSHA litigation matters. He regularly counsels employers on workplace safety issues and represents companies before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission. Brad also conducts internal investigations involving alleged workplace safety violations and advises employers on strategies to mitigate regulatory and litigation risk.

In addition to his OSHA practice, Brad represents employers in labor and employment litigation matters, including claims brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and related state laws. He has represented clients in class and collective actions in courts across the country.

“Brad’s arrival further strengthens our Philadelphia office and enhances our ability to support employers navigating complex workplace safety and employment matters,” said Stephanie J. Peet, Philadelphia office managing principal. “His collaborative approach, extensive litigation experience and deep OSHA knowledge make him an outstanding addition to our team and a valuable resource for clients throughout the region.”
