Joshua M. Henderson
Joshua M. Henderson is a principal in the San Francisco, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C., where he represents employers in a variety of industries in a broad range of labor and employment litigation and counseling.
Josh has represented management in traditional labor matters for over 25 years. His practice includes NLRB litigation; collective bargaining; due diligence in connection with corporate mergers and acquisitions; contract interpretation and discharge arbitrations; strikes and secondary boycotts; union campaigns and elections; and related litigation. He has a national OSHA practice as well, providing training and strategic advice on compliance with workplace health and safety regulations under federal law and state plans, and he defends employers in OSHA litigation in California and across the United States.
Josh’s practice also encompasses other types of litigation, including wage and hour class, collective, and PAGA actions, and defense of whistleblowing, discrimination, and sexual harassment claims.
In addition to his litigation experience, Josh is a trusted advisor for technology and other companies navigating California’s complex employment regulatory space.
Josh previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Saundra Brown Armstrong of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
