Laura A. Pierson-Scheinberg Named to the Daily Journal’s 2026 List of “Top Labor & Employment Lawyers”

Laura is a principal in the firm’s San Francisco and Baltimore offices and serves as co-leader of the Labor Relations Practice Group and Retail Industry group. Her practice centers on representing employers on traditional labor issues, union elections and unfair labor practice charges. She has extensive experience in collective bargaining for local and national clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, retail and healthcare. In addition, she advises her clients in all labor and employment matters with a particular focus on positive workplace culture and defends clients in a variety of employment litigation matters.
