Bart Gabler Joins Jackson Lewis as Chief Legal Operations and Practice Innovation Officer

NEW YORK, NY (July 20, 2026) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. announced Bart Gabler has joined the firm as chief legal operations and practice innovation officer. Bart joins Jackson Lewis from K&L Gates, where he served as chief officer of legal operations. In his new role, Bart will oversee the firm's legal operations, knowledge management, practice support and innovation teams.

Bart has more than 25 years of experience in legal operations, technology and organizational transformation. At K&L Gates, he oversaw global legal operations, practice management and innovation initiatives. Previously, he served as the firm's chief information officer and director of pricing and legal project management. Before entering the legal industry, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and PwC.

Bart earned a J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law, an MBA from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a B.S. from the University of Virginia. 

Bart's arrival follows the recent additions of Gavin Gray as chief operating officer and Ed Empamano as chief information officer.
