Jackson Lewis Expands Employment Litigation Group Leadership with Alison L. Lynch and Dana G. Weisbrod
NEW YORK, NY (July 21, 2026) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Orange County Office Managing Principal Alison L. Lynch and Principal and New York City Office Litigation Manager Dana G. Weisbrod are the newest co-leaders of the firm’s Employment Litigation group, joining Carolyn G. Burnette and Ana C. Shields.

Alison has held a variety of leadership roles, including co-leading the firm’s internal Practicing and Parenting group and serving as Orange County’s office litigation manager and deputy managing principal until her elevation to managing principal in 2020. Her practice focuses on partnering with clients to deliver winning litigation strategies. She has successfully represented employers in state and federal court and administrative agencies, including the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Labor Standards Enforcement, securing several complete defense verdicts through summary judgment and arbitration, as well as negotiating countless favorable settlements on behalf of employers. Alison received her J.D. from Whittier Law School and her B.A. from Whittier College.
Dana built her litigation prowess over 20 years by cultivating and managing trusted relationships with large national and multinational clients. She advises and represents employers in high-stakes litigation, threatened litigation and administrative charges, bringing practical judgment and strategic focus. Dana also has significant experience defending against mass arbitration and navigating the complex procedural and strategic issues they present. Her practice spans a wide range of employment-related claims including retaliation, discrimination and harassment under federal, state and local law. She has achieved favorable outcomes for clients on early dispositive motions, at summary judgment and in trials and arbitrations. Dana received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law and her B.A. from George Washington University.
