Adam G. Cuff is of counsel in the Seattle, Washington, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Adam works with employers to address workplace challenges proactively and defend their interests when disputes arise, helping clients navigate complex employment law matters while aligning legal strategies with business objectives. 

Adam has devoted his career to representing employers in workplace litigation, administrative proceedings, and day-to-day employment counseling matters. He advises and defends employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour compliance, leave and accommodation issues, and class and collective actions. Adam regularly represents employers in the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I), and state employment standards agencies. 

He also counsels employers on compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML), and other workplace leave requirements. His experience spans a wide range of industries, including technology, retail, transportation, hospitality, and public sector organizations. 

Prior to practicing law, Adam served in Army Intelligence during the Cold War, including an overseas assignment. The discipline, preparation, and commitment to service he developed during that time continue to influence his approach to representing employers and guiding clients through complex workplace issues. Adam also serves as an arbitrator for King County and Pierce County Superior Courts.
