Emilie MacLean

Emilie MacLean is an associate in the Los Angeles, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents employers in employment litigation and provides practical guidance on workplace issues, with a focus on helping clients assess risk, navigate complex disputes, and develop strategies that align with their business objectives. 

Emilie's practice is informed by extensive experience representing employers in wage and hour class actions, PAGA matters, and other employment disputes from inception through resolution. Emilie also advises employers regarding California wage and hour compliance, and developing employment-law issues. 

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, P.C., Emilie was a partner at an Am Law 100 firm, where she represented employers in complex employment litigation and served as a leader within the firm's employment practice.
