Joshua J. Cervantes

Joshua J. Cervantes is senior associate in the Kansas City, Missouri, office of Jackson Lewis P.C., where he focuses his practice on a variety of employment litigation issues. Joshua is an experienced trial attorney that manages an active litigation docket and zealously represents his clients in all aspects of litigation, including at the commission level as well as in both state and federal courts.

As a Kansas City native, Joshua is active in several organizations, including the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Hispanic Bar Association of Greater Kansas City, and serves as the executive Committee Chair for the board of the Mattie Rhodes Center in Kansas City, Missouri. His passion for the legal profession is seen in his strong work ethic and his immersion in and understanding of the complex personal, business, and legal issues his clients regularly face. Joshua’s clients rely on him to analyze their respective issues and develop an individualized strategic approach to their representation based on each client’s immediate and long-term goals.
