Ashley C. Krezmien
Ashley C. Krezmien is an associate in the Boston office of Jackson Lewis P.C., where she advises and defends employers in matters involving federal and state anti‑discrimination laws, wage and hour compliance, and traditional labor relations. She regularly represents clients before state and federal agencies and courts, where she leverages legal precision and powerful narrative to successfully defend employers in complex workplace disputes.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ashley partners with employers on day‑to‑day workplace issues, offering practical, business‑focused guidance on policy development, compliance strategies, and navigating evolving federal and state regulatory requirements.
Before joining Jackson Lewis, Ashley practiced at another labor and employment law firm in Boston, representing employers before regulatory bodies and in state and federal courts. During law school, Ashley gained hands-on experience working full-time at an international labor and employment law firm, as a judicial extern at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and as a research assistant to multiple professors.
