Ashley C. Krezmien is an associate in the Boston office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on advising and defending employers in matters involving federal and state antidiscrimination statutes, wage and hour compliance, and traditional labor relations. She regularly appears before state and federal agencies and has successfully defended employers in complex workplace disputes.

In addition to litigation, Ashley provides day-to-day advice and counsel on a wide range of workplace issues, including drafting and reviewing employer policies and helping clients stay compliant with evolving legal standards. She is committed to delivering practical, business-focused solutions and responsive client service.

Her approach is grounded in legal precision and informed by a deep appreciation for the power of narrative—ensuring her clients’ positions are presented with clarity and impact.

Before joining Jackson Lewis, Ashley practiced at another labor and employment law firm in Boston, where she represented employers before regulatory bodies and in state and federal courts. During law school, she gained hands-on experience working full-time at an international labor and employment firm, interning with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and serving as a research assistant.
