Ashley N. Lopeztello is an associate in the Orange County, California office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She is a business-oriented, practical attorney who represents public and private sector clients in complex employment matters. Uniquely positioned with both in-house and outside counsel experience, Ashley endeavors to provide sensible, cost-effective solutions to complex legal issues.  By keeping apprised of California’s ever-changing employment laws, Ashley provides cutting-edge and creative advice to help employers navigate through otherwise challenging waters.

Ashley has extensive experience defending employers against a variety of legal issues, including wage and hour, misclassification, discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination, in both individual and representative actions. She has aggressively defended companies in the staffing, fashion, security, healthcare, manufacturing, and many other industries. Ashley has a proven track record of guiding California employers through the intricacies of California employment laws to achieve favorable outcomes.  She practices in federal and state courts throughout California, as well as various arbitral forums.

Ashley also regularly provides training, advice and counseling to employers, including conducting investigations, interpreting and implementing responses to new legislation, responding to governmental agency claims, and efficiently resolving matters short of litigation. These experiences have provided her with an understanding of how to best serve her clients and anticipate likely issues, prior to them arising. Ashley is a passionate lawyer who is committed to zealously advocating for her clients.
