Audrey Olson Gardner is a principal in the Chicago, Illinois, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law in both single-plaintiff and class-action matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, unfair competition, and employee benefit claims.   

While attending law school, Audrey was the executive editor of the San Diego International Law Journal and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in 14th Amendment and Constitutional Theory. She also worked as a teaching assistant for the University of San Diego School of Law Legal Writing and Research Department, served as a judicial extern for Presiding Justice Roger W. Boren (Ret.) at the California Court of Appeal, and completed internships at the California Attorney General’s Office and U.S. Attorney’s Office.
