Benjamin G. Selbo is an associate in the Phoenix, Arizona, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ben served as a law clerk for the Honorable Chief Justice Steven R. Jensen and the Honorable Justice Mark E. Salter of the South Dakota Supreme Court. He then worked as a prosecutor at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.  

While in law school, Ben was an active member of the school’s Moot Court Board and Trial Team, where he competed against other law schools in national competitions. He also served as the president of the USD Entertainment and Sports Law Association. While studying for his J.D., Ben also obtained his MBA.
