Brandon Keaton is an associate in the Dallas, Texas, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. 

Brandon has a demonstrated interest in employment law, starting prior to law school, where he took an HR law course as an elective for his undergraduate degree. His passion for employment law was further demonstrated in law school through his enrollment in more employment law related courses and one of his internships for a labor and employment law firm in the New York/New Jersey area.

During law school, Brandon externed for Magistrate Judge Irma Ramirez in the Northern District of Texas. He also represented his law school by competing on its American Association for Justice Mock Trial Travel Team, was an editor for the Energy Law Journal, Year in Review, and placed 1st in the 2021 Opening and Closing competition.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Brandon’s practice focused primarily on complex commercial litigation, where he gained valuable experience in the various stages of litigation. As a former college quarterback, he has always had a passion for working with a team towards a goal and continues to look to translate that mindset into helping employers do the same.
