Danielle M. Huber
Danielle Huber is an associate in the Phoenix, Arizona office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in employment law matters, including preventive advice and counseling, as well as drafting employment-related policies and contracts.
In her practice, she represents employers on a wide range of employment-related disputes, such as claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage claims, and breach of contract.
While in law school, she was an extern at the Los Angeles office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, a fellow for The Difference Engine, and a summer associate at Jackson Lewis. Prior to law school, she externed with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and the Superior Court of Arizona.
