Dayna Tann is of counsel in the Long Island, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in a broad range of workplace law matters, including preventative advice, strategic counseling, and litigation.
Dayna’s litigation experience includes defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wrongful termination, and defamation in both single- and multi-plaintiff actions. She has extensive experience litigating in both federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings, and regularly represents clients before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the New York State Division of Human Rights (NYSDHR).
Prior to joining the firm, Dayna spent more than a decade as an employment and commercial litigation attorney at a regional law firm, where she primarily represented employers in the healthcare industry. Through this work, she developed a deep understanding of the legal and operational challenges facing healthcare providers, including hospital systems, nursing homes, and physician groups of all sizes.
