Jamielee Martinez

Jamie Martinez is an associate in the Silicon Valley, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Jamie’s practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including defending a broad range of litigation claims.

Emphasizing the importance of pre-trial litigation, Jamie tackles each stage of litigation from all angles. He believes in using these tools to provide his clients with aggressive, relentless, and creative representation, ensuring the best outcome possible. Jamie works closely with clients, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of claims and defenses to obtain the most favorable result in their best interest.

Jamie’s range of litigation experience includes state and federal wage and hour, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, failure to provide reasonable accommodations and class action litigation.

Jamie is involved with the Filipino Bar Association of Northern California (FBANC) and has been elected as Communications Co-Director. He communicates with the general membership regarding FBANC events and individual accomplishments, as well as working with local bar associations and organizations to promote their events in traditional and social media.
