
Jonathan G. Finck
Jack Finck is an associate in the Minneapolis office of Jackson Lewis P.C. From proactive compliance counseling and training to defending clients in complex litigation, Jack partners with employers to develop and execute effective workplace strategies.
Raised in a family of educators, Jack brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to applying workplace law to each matter and considering relevant facts and circumstances. He is passionate about helping employers create legally sound, productive workplaces. Whether advising on day-to-day HR issues or representing clients in court, Jack’s goal is to reduce the legal burdens that distract from business success.
Jack has experience working with manufacturers and restaurants, understanding that offering tailored guidance informed by the operational and regulatory challenges these industries face optimizes outcomes and minimizes risk. His clients value his ability to translate legal requirements into practical, business-friendly solutions.
Outside the office, Jack enjoys playing basketball, experimenting at the grill, and spending time with his wife and two children.
