Judy Kang is an associate in the Los Angeles, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Judy has broad experience litigating single plaintiff and class action cases involving wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and related claims.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Judy gained experience in labor law. She practiced in state and federal courts, as well as before the National Labor Relations Board. Prior to this, Judy worked on a variety of class action cases in both state and federal courts.

While attending law school, Judy was a senior articles editor of the UC Davis Law Review, as well as the Business Law Journal. Additionally, Judy worked with the California Civil Rights Department, where she gained experience working on a variety of individual FEHA claims.
