Karen T. Dunlevey is a principal in the Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio, offices of Jackson Lewis P.C. She focuses her practice on employment litigation.
Karen has successfully defended her clients in a wide variety of employment litigation matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, contract disputes, intentional torts, wage and hour disputes and enforcement of non-compete agreements. Karen additionally advises her clients on litigation avoidance through the development and implementation of effective employment policies, procedures and contracts.
