Kathleen White is an associate in the Boston, Massachusetts, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including pre-litigation claims and litigation, as well as preventive advice and counseling.

Kathleen works with clients in a variety of industries regarding labor law issues, employer rights and obligations in the unionized workplace, and other applicable labor and employment laws. At Jackson Lewis, Kathleen has advised employers as to their legal obligations under the National Labor Relations Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as under governing collective bargaining agreements.

During law school, Kathleen was an articles editor for Boston University’s Journal of Science and Technology Law. She also served as the president of the Employment and Labor Law Student Association. Furthermore, Kathleen represented indigent clients in administrative and civil proceedings through BU Law’s Employment Rights Clinic. Following her first year of law school, Kathleen worked as a summer law clerk for Region 1 of the National Labor Relations Board.
