Katlyn M. Brady
Katlyn M. Brady is an associate in the Las Vegas, Nevada, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Katlyn worked as a senior deputy attorney general for the Nevada Attorney General’s Office, handling complex litigation on behalf of the State of Nevada. Katlyn supervised a team of four attorneys and handled constitutional claims, wrongful death matters, and a wide variety of tort cases.
Born and raised in Nevada, Katlyn is committed to helping the local community and her clients. In law school, Katlyn was the recipient of the Clinic Legal Education Association Award for her work on a Ninth Circuit Opening brief, which addressed whether male victims of domestic abuse were entitled to immigration benefits under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). Following law school, Katlyn clerked for the Honorable Chief Judge Michael Gibbons and assisted with complex civil appeals.
In her free time, Katlyn enjoys rooting for the Vegas Golden Knights, training for half marathons, and reading history books.
