Lena K. Kim is an associate in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Lena’s experience includes representing and counseling school boards and other public entities on matters related to governance, labor and employment, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. She has assisted employers with their day-to-day employment issues and has conducted internal investigations in response to allegations of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in the workplace. Lena’s litigation experience also includes defending clients in professional liability and general liability matters.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Lena clerked for the Honorable Lourdes I. Santiago (Ret.) in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage. While attending law school, she was an associate managing editor of the Rutgers University Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board.
