Lori N. Brown is a principal in the Phoenix, Arizona, and Las Vegas, Nevada, offices of Jackson Lewis P.C. A trusted advisor and adept litigator, Lori works closely with employers to deliver practical, results-driven representation in high-stakes workplace matters.

Leveraging her over twenty years of employment law experience, Lori’s practice focuses on representing employers in workplace disputes, compliance, and risk management matters. She has experience defending employers in employment-related litigation in state and federal courts and is equally adept at advising clients on day-to-day employment issues, policy development, and preventative legal strategies. 

Lori previously served as an unemployment insurance hearing examiner in the Appeals Division for the State of Maryland’s Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation. Lori draws on her background in agency and administrative proceedings to guide employers through complex employment challenges with clarity and confidence. 

Outside of the office, Lori enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids and is the Board President of Shearim Torah High School for Girls.
