Marc A. Sittenreich is of counsel in the Long Island, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He is an experienced employment litigator, having defended a broad range of claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, religious and disability accommodation, and restrictive covenants. Marc also has significant experience litigating disputes concerning ERISA benefit plans. Marc loves the law and is passionate about helping clients navigate complex legal issues.  

Prior to joining the firm, Marc spent more than a decade as a litigation attorney for a regional law firm focusing on the healthcare industry. He began his career as a law clerk to the Honorable Carolyn E. Demarest, then-Presiding Justice of the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court, Kings County. Marc also served as an attorney for the Federal Trade Commission.
