His proactive approach extends to advising employers on developing legal-complaint policies and procedures. Michael represents clients in state and federal court and regularly handles discrimination charges in administrative agencies, including the Connecticut Commission of Human Rights and Opportunities, Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. His skillful litigation through all phases has led to numerous favorable defense verdicts. He has represented diverse clients in sectors including insurance, municipalities, education, healthcare, hospitality, fitness, and retail.

Michael's academic journey in law was marked by distinction. During law school, he earned CALI awards in several fields, including International and Federal Criminal Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Business Litigation. A key Moot Court Trial Team member, he notably achieved the first 'perfect score' in a decade at the Regional AAJ Moot Court Tournament.

Outside the courtroom, Michael’s passion pivots towards fitness and athletics. A certified strength and conditioning coach, he dedicates himself to training and guiding amateur and professional athletes in strength, condition, and nutrition. When he is not practicing Mixed Martial Arts, Michael also volunteers his time hosting powerlifting meets for the Special Olympics.

Before embarking on his legal career, Michael made significant strides in business as the New England vice president of sales and management for an international gym chain, becoming the youngest ever to hold this position. Managing over a dozen locations and hundreds of employees, he honed his experience in labor and employment matters, setting a solid foundation for his legal practice.
