Parsa Fattahi is an associate in the Atlanta, Georgia, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Parsa represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment-related matters, litigating cases in federal and state courts throughout the United States, as well as before administrative agencies.

In addition to litigation, Parsa provides preventive advice and counsel to employers on labor and employment issues arising under federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Parsa practiced in both the public and private sectors before joining Jackson Lewis. As an assistant Fulton County attorney, Parsa defended Georgia’s largest county through all phases of labor and employment-related litigation. As an associate in an Atlanta-based national defense firm, Parsa represented employers ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies in a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including class and collective actions, single-plaintiff discrimination and retaliation claims, and trade secrets and restrictive covenants disputes.
