Charles DiNunzio is an associate in the Orlando, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis, P.C. His practice focuses on employment litigation, representing employers in federal and state courts, as well as in various administrative proceedings. 

Charles also provides clients with preventive advice and counseling regarding employer policies and compliance with a complex patchwork of federal and state workplace laws. 

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Charles served as Senior Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Mary J. Schoelen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims in Washington, D.C., where he handled various regulatory, statutory, and constitutional issues arising from the administration of veterans’ benefits. 

During law school, Charles served as an Executive Editor of the Syracuse Law Review and President of the Student Bar Association. He also served as a Research Assistant at the Institute for National Security and Counterterrorism, focusing on legislation and policy issues surrounding data privacy, cybersecurity, and private-sector implementation of unmanned aerial systems.
