Rosa M. Villa is an associate in the Miami, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Rosa regularly assists companies as they navigate through employment-related claims in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies. Her practice includes representing employers in the defense of claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Florida equivalents.

Although she works primarily as a litigator, Rosa finds it equally as rewarding to help clients stay out of court. She has experience counseling employers on a broad range of employment matters, including hiring, discipline, lay-offs, and compensation.
