Tony H. Shang is an associate in the Cleveland, Ohio office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters before federal courts, state courts, and administrative agencies. Tony provides advice and counseling clients to find practical solutions to the diverse issues that arise in the workplace.
Tony advises and represents employers across a wide range of labor and employment law matters including claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation brought under Title VII, the ADA, and the ADEA.
Before joining Jackson Lewis, Tony served as an assistant attorney general at the Ohio Attorney General’s Office Employment Law Section, where he defended state entities and state officials in all employment law matters before state and federal courts, and administrative proceedings throughout Ohio.
