Jackson Lewis has successfully implemented a strategic growth plan, adding hundreds of highly-talented attorneys in regional offices across the country. We work hard to provide a smooth transition and ensure attorneys who are new to our firm have the resources and support necessary to successfully integrate and build their practice.

With major locations throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico, lateral attorneys have instant access to a wealth of knowledge and resources from day one. Our attorneys practicing in various regional offices are among the most experienced and successful labor and employment lawyers in the United States.

Growing Your Practice at Jackson Lewis

In addition to helping our attorneys develop specific plans to grow their practice, we have a robust infrastructure in place to ensure lateral attorneys continue to meet their existing clients’ needs while helping them develop relationships with potential clients.

Jackson Lewis frequently sponsors or participates in programs for management or in-house attorneys at the national, regional and local levels, including our annual Corporate Counsel Conference, How To Stay Union Free programs, Workplace Law Breakfast Series, Employment Law Conference and Golf Invitational, and numerous joint sponsorship opportunities. Jackson Lewis attorneys are actively involved in such programs, which help to foster relationships with current or potential clients and to develop expertise in specialized workplace law issues.

We are in constant communication with our clients regarding the latest workplace law developments and have built a new website which makes readily available substantive information on emerging legal issues, information about the firm, and announcements about upcoming employment law conferences, seminars and other events. Jackson Lewis also has a wide array of materials for our attorneys to share with clients, including:

  • Website articles on the latest developments in local, regional and national workplace law
  • Blogs on various areas of our practice
  • National and regional newsletters
  • Special reports that thoroughly analyze key workplace law developments
  • In-depth webinars on relevant legal issues

These publications and webinars also provide Jackson Lewis attorneys with opportunities to further display their expertise.

Though we have experienced tremendous growth over the past few years, there is still room for our firm to grow, and we encourage all our attorneys to play a role in that growth.
