Jackson Lewis Names Alan Bayless Feldman Managing Principal of Phoenix Office
PHOENIX, AZ (November 18, 2025) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Alan Bayless Feldman has been named managing principal of the firm’s Phoenix office.
“Since joining Jackson Lewis in 2019, Alan has distinguished himself as a litigation leader,” said Firm Chair Kevin Lauri. “He has been instrumental in both the growth of our office and of our people. Alan’s leadership and deep understanding of the field will be instrumental in enhancing our presence and driving strategic growth in Phoenix.”
Alan has more than 25 years of employment and labor law experience and has defended more than 200 unfair labor practice charges for multiple clients in almost every region of the National Labor Relations Board across the U.S. Alan’s practice includes providing advice to employers facing union organization campaigns, as well as successfully managing those campaigns in accordance with the National Labor Relations Act and Railway Labor Act.

In addition to his litigation work, Alan has in-depth experience providing advice to employers on employee handbooks, human resource policies, trade secret protection, non-compete agreements, leave law issues, disability and other workplace accommodations and workforce reduction planning, practicing in both state and federal courts.
Alan earned his J.D. from Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and his B.S. from the University of Arizona.
