Jackson Lewis Named Among “Most Feared” Litigation Law Firms by BTI Consulting Group

NEW YORK, NY (October 13, 2022) Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce BTI Consulting recognized the firm as one of the most feared law firms for litigation in its annual Litigation Outlook report. Jackson Lewis was one of only 26 law firms singled out as “Intimidating Opponents” — firms that legal decision-makers say “stand out” as formidable opponents they would rather not litigate against.

"We are honored to be recognized by BTI and our clients as a law firm with a strong reputation in employment litigation,” said Stephanie L. Adler-Paindiris and Stephanie E. Lewis, co-leaders of the firm’s Litigation group. “Jackson Lewis has a deep bench of experienced trial attorneys who are creative and savvy when it comes to meeting our clients’ business demands, and we are gratified to continue to attract acclaim in today’s litigation market.”

Each year, BTI Consulting Group singles out law firms that clients have named as opponents they do not want to see on the other side of the table in litigation. The independent report is based on more than 350 interviews with leading legal decision-makers at large companies with $1 billion or more in revenue. The group targets decision-makers within industries who spend the most on legal affairs, as well as thought leaders and innovative Chief Legal Officers. The survey also includes Chief Legal Operating Officers and business executives who hire and influence the selection and hiring of law firms. This year’s report states that the U.S. litigation market is set for its third consecutive year of increased spending.
