PHOENIX, AZ (January 3, 2017) Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the country’s preeminent workplace law firms, is pleased to announce Jeffrey A. Bernick has been appointed Phoenix Office Managing Principal. Mr. Bernick succeeds Gregg E. Clifton, who has stepped down from the management role to focus his attention on overseeing the continued growth and expansion of the firm’s Collegiate and Professional Sports Practice Group.

“Since joining Jackson Lewis in 2013, Jeff has proven himself as a stellar employment litigator and counselor,” said Firm Chairman Vincent A.
