
Adam Lyke is an attorney in the Hartford, Connecticut, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Adam represents employers in wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, and class action matters. He also advises employers in a broad range of workplace matters.
Adam has a passion for litigating and has helped clients obtain favorable results in court. This includes obtaining summary judgment in a wage and hour class action and multiple discrimination matters in state and federal courts. He has also successfully defended multiple appeals at the Connecticut Appellate Court and Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Adam also enjoys the educational aspect of law practice and is happy to discuss the intricacies of wage and hour law, accommodation issues, or other challenges faced by employers. Adam counsels clients in healthcare, life sciences, transportation, construction, and other industries. He also presents on a variety of legal topics.
Having served as a law clerk provides Adam with insight into the workings of the judicial system. Prior to commencing his law practice, Adam clerked for the judges of the Connecticut Superior Court. He then served as a law clerk in the Connecticut Appellate Court and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut. Before joining the firm, he practiced employment law and commercial litigation at a small Connecticut firm.
