Kelly Elisabeth Eisenlohr-Moul is a principal in the Chicago, Illinois, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Kelly understands that when retaining an employment firm clients should expect an investment in a relationship by their attorney, leading her to prioritize learning about clients' businesses and building the institutional knowledge and internal relationships that lead to better litigation results.

After more than eighteen years as a national employment litigator, Kelly focuses on portfolio management - helping clients craft the framework to handle their nationwide labor and employment matters in a more efficient and effective manner, allowing her to at once achieve cost savings and measurably superior litigation results. She counts among her clients Fortune 500 companies with sizable national portfolios.

Kelly is particularly adept at complex class and multi-plaintiff employment litigation, including trade secret and restrictive covenant matters and has first-chaired more than a dozen trials to successful verdicts. Kelly also conducts workplace investigations and advises clients on litigation and prevention, union avoidance, compliance, and remediation. She enjoys devising creative solutions to client-specific issues.

Actively involved in the Federal Bar Association and National Association of Certified Mediators, Kelly has defended employment litigation in federal court in every state except Alaska and is admitted in 30 courts. Growing up in rural Michigan she dreamt of playing professional baseball, but a senior-year injury led her to law school instead. Kelly found a natural fit in employment law, and along the way, became a self-proclaimed “bar exam enthusiast.” She is licensed in five states with plans to take the California bar next.
