“Tom’s career is defined not only by his impressive courtroom victories, but also by the meticulous preparation that drives them,” said Nicky Jatana, Los Angeles office managing principal. “His disciplined approach heading to trial consistently lays the foundation for favorable outcomes, and that level of foresight consistently sets him apart. I’m thrilled to see his efforts recognized.”

“I’m humbled to be named among this year’s honorees,” said Tom. “Employers in the Los Angeles region face some of the most complex challenges, and it’s a privilege to work with clients who trust us to handle their most high stakes matters. Seeing that trust reflected in the results we deliver is incredibly rewarding.”
Tom is a frequent speaker at bar associations throughout the region sharing insights drawn from his extensive trial experience. As a key member of the firm’s Trials and Appeals group, he also dedicates a significant portion of his practice to mentoring attorneys in trial advocacy.
