SEATTLE, WA (February 5, 2026) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce David W. Silke has joined the firm as principal in the Seattle office. David joins the firm from Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani and has more than 30 years of experience in employment, commercial and class action litigation.

“David’s experience handling sophisticated employment and commercial litigation matters enhances the strength of our national Employment Litigation practice,” said Carolyn G. Burnette and Ana C. Shields, co-leaders of the firm’s Employment Litigation group. “His ability to navigate complex disputes and provide practical, business-focused solutions will add tremendous value for our clients. We are thrilled to welcome him to the firm.”

David has served as lead counsel in numerous complex class actions and regularly defends employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, privacy and other employment-related claims.
